Information Overload

We considered structuring information to ensure that users can easily access details about art investment subscriptions. Additionally, we focused on UX design to convey the processes of account opening and identity verification in a way that minimizes confusion for users.

Feedback to User

Artipio was designed to clearly convey feedback on user actions, accurately communicating account opening and payment progress results. This enables immediate notifications through modals or alerts for completed or failed transactions.

Security

To address security issues, we applied masking to user information such as names, account numbers, and phone numbers. This design protects user data while maintaining a strong user experience.
